Update

This weekend we were in Akron Oh at the Props and Piston show. The organizers and sponsors there did a great good setting and planning the show. We are proud to be able be be part of the show and meeting new people. The the Haunted house is in full gear now, but instead of one weekend we will be four weekends in October. The staff and volunteers have been planning, building props, Costumes, and organizing partners to help us this year. If you would like to help with Haunted House please contact us, we would love to have you join the team. A application and background check will be required to work the event. We are making a couple changes this year to our media and after school program we would like you to know about. First this Facebook page will be archived at the end of October, the focus will be on our web page for any updates, event planning, and photos. One section we will starting uploading personal stories from our service members experiences. Second our after school programs hours are Monday to Friday 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. We provide snacks and a safe place for games. We do not have homework help available till September, we are working getting for tutors hours set and background checks done. The museum will still be open while the after school program is going on just more kids here during that time of the day. Hope to see everyone soon and stay dry.
